Designer of the Month at CreativePublic.com!

What’s up everybody? Long time no blog. We know, we know…we’ve been slacking a bit on the new posts. Please forgive us. We’ve been really swamped (but that’s good right?).

Anyhoo…we just found out that we’ve been named one of the Top 10 Designers of the Month at CreativePublic.com! Thanks CP!

4 for 4!

Our friends at Nova Southeastern University and the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale recently entered a direct mail package that we designed for their Norman Rockwell exhibit last year in the 2010 CASE District III Awards. This morning we found out that we won in the “Best Direct Mail Fundraising Package” category.  We were even more excited to learn that we won out of 900 Colleges and Universities in the Southeast region of the U.S.! This is a truly a great honor for us. We’re very grateful to Nova Southeastern University and the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale for continuing to give us the opportunity to design for them. This is the 4th award that SimpleFly has won for our NSU/MOAFL work.

Look what we won!

“We’d like to thank our parents, of course…the Academy, all the people that believed in us, and…um…let’s see…I know we’re forgetting someone”.

But all kidding aside, we have to admit, we were overcome with giddiness last week upon learning that we’ve been honored with an International Academy of Visual Arts (IAVA) SILVER AWARD. We received the award for our design and development of the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale website. It’s our 4th award this year and a huge honor for us. Hopefully it’s the first of many W3 Awards to come. Next year we go for GOLD!

Thanks New Times! (sorry Britto)

We’re really happy to announce that SimpleFly is the subject of a recent Miami New Times article titled, “No More Miami Vice and Romero Britto: Rebranding the 305 With SimpleFly Creative“.

The article is featured in their CULTIST blog. Click here to check it out!
